Diners at New Orleans staple Upperline restaurant will taste the cooking of new chef Nathan Winowich.

Owner Jo Ann Clevenger hired Winowich after a nearly month-long search to replace chef Ken Smith, who left the culinary industry to enroll at the Notre Dame Seminary in August after 10 years as head chef and 19 years total in the Upperline kitchen.
