Journalist Natalia Vanegas was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. She has a great passion for traveling and has had the opportunity to live in Canada and the United States and she has visited Europe and Africa. She worked for two years as a traffic reporter for Telemundo 51, a Spanish-language television station in Miami. Vanegas has developed an interest in convergence journalism and has experience in photography, video, and editing.
