Beyond Morgan Stanley, Nailah is the director and founder of InnerVisions Theater Arts Center, a non-for-profit organization that provides dance and fitness programs to students in South Jamaica Queens. She is also a Board Member of the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning.
Nailah received an undergraduate degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Management and Organization.
