By 1994, Monique
had become a consultant and speaker, sought out for her
unique perspective and growing expertise in well-being and stress relief.

worked with bestselling author Deepak Chopra, MD, at the Chopra Center
(formerly The Center for Mind Body Medicine).
Subsequently, she co-founded San Diego Women of Vision & Action facilitating empowerment and transformation.
Following that she worked with Newton Learning, a personal and professional development company.
