She is also a Certified (NCLB) Paraprofessional with the Illinois State Board of Education and an Adjunct College Instructor in the Business & Office Technology Department for Black Hawk College.
Monica currently serves on the Black Hawk College Business Education Advisory Committee and the International Virtual Assistant College Representative Committee.
She is a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association, the International Association of Administrative Professionals, which she is Chairperson and a member of The Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
