COLUMBIA, MD; March 26, 2013 - Arbitron Inc. (NYSE:ARB) announced today that Monica Narvaez has been appointed Hispanic Broadcaster Account Specialist.
In this newly created role, Ms. Narvaez
will focus on further strengthening the partnerships Arbitron maintains with its Hispanic broadcasting customers.

Promoting the power of Spanish-Language Radio
Generating solutions to help address Hispanic Radio group needs
Developing programs for Spanish Radio group training initiatives
specializes in providing Hispanic media insights and training for Spanish- Language Radio broadcasters.
In addition, she
is the lead at Arbitron
for the promotion of Spanish-Language Radio and its unique value for advertisers in reaching Hispanic consumers.
has been at Arbitron
for 10 years working with programmers, on-air talent, market managers, corporate management, and sales executives.
was directly involved in the launch of PPM® for every Hispanic Radio market in the western United States.
Prior to her work at Arbitron, Ms. Narvaez was a web trainer for Nielsen, working with TV station research directors and sales executives using Scarborough Research.
She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston in media production and broadcast journalism.
