Mona Morstein, ND

Dr. Mona Morstein has a B.S. in Foods and Nutrition and earned her ND and did her Family Residency at National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR. Following graduation Dr. Morstein established a successful private practice in Great Falls, MT that she ran for 13 years.
Dr. Morstein worked at SCNM for 11 years as Chair of Nutrition, Gastroenterology professor, and Supervising Physician of Students in the out-patient medical clinic.
Dr. Morstein, now fully back in private practice, sees all ages of patients, both sexes, for all acute and chronic diseases. She is recognized as an expert on pre-diabetes and diabetes, and also specializes in gastroenterology and hormonal disorders. She speaks at several medical conferences each year and is a regular author of published articles. She has created the well-received conferences "Insulin Intensive Seminar", and "Comprehensive Care of Diabetics", two day seminars where she teaches medical professionals and students how to use insulin and how to work with all types of diabetic patients. She owns and moderates NaturopathicChat, the largest ND email list in the galaxy. She is on the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of American's Medical Advisory Board in Phoenix, AZ.
In 2012, Dr. Morstein received the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians "The President's Award", honoring her comprehensive work for the naturopathic profession during her career. In 2014, Dr. Morstein was awarded "The Most Outstanding Physician" by the SCNM student body.

She was interviewed on CNBC, for their “dlife� TV program for the use of alternative medicine with diabetes. She has created the well-received conference called “Insulin Intensive Seminar�, a two seminar where she teaches medical professionals and students how to use insulin in all types of diabetic patients, in all situations, which she has taught throughout North America.
In 2012, Dr. Morstein received the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians “The President’s Award�, honoring her comprehensive work for the naturopathic profession during her career. In 2014, Dr. Morstein was awarded “The Most Outstanding Physician� by the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine student body.
