He has led public scoping meetings, presented at several national conferences, and worked on a local level ensuring successful project communication with stakeholders.
Mitch holds a Doctor of Philosophy in archeology from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland where he performed graduate work in ethnology and maritime archaeology. He has extensive training in tribal consultation, cultural sensitivity, Section 106, and FERC licensing.
