made heartfelt presentations for both awards.
There was not a dry eye in the place following his
, as usual was smooth in his
stirring award presentation.
There was some controversy about voting irregularities, misrepresentation of the possible winners and a possible pay for play scandal but all was straightened out and put right by the CU Chaplin, Van Smith KW4CC, and the award was presented with no cloud of suspicion.
Bill, when reached for comment said, "This is a great honor and I am very proud to be this year recipient of this prestigious award, I will do my best to follow in Milton
's foot steps while representing the Country Uncles
, but the bar was set very high by Milton, it will be a tough act to follow."
