vice president and general manager of video communications product development for its Austin location.Both Alissi and Tuchen will report to Craig Malloy, senior vice president and general manager of video communications at Polycom.

...Tuchen started his career as a chip design engineer at Sun Microsystems before returning to business school.After business school Tuchen spent a large part of his career at Microsoft, where he served in an expanding series of roles in marketing, product strategy, and product development.In his last role at Microsoft he led product planning and project management for Exchange server, Microsoft's market leading $800 million email and collaboration solution.Most recently, Tuchen started a marketing analytics company based in Sunnyvale, Calif. Tuchen has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
