Vice President, Simulation / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mike Pakovic serves as the Vice President, Engineering and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
is responsible for all training device engineering solutions, which includes staffing engineering work requirements, planning for timely performance in accordance with contract engineering requirements, and coordinating within Departments to accomplish the most efficient and effective engineering processes.
Mike also serves as LSI's CTO, responsible for ensuring LSI remains on the leading edge of simulation technology by evaluating the constantly evolving trends in the industry and ensuring we continue offering the most competitive and advanced technical solutions for both existing and prospective training device customers.
Mike graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1988.
Following graduation, Mike joined Link Simulation, where he worked on the Navy's S-3A to S-3B Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) and Weapons System Trainer (WST) trainer conversion.
Subsequently he was employed by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) working at the S-3B In-Service Engineering Office in Jacksonville for over 12 years.
In 2004, Mike joined LSI as a Project Manager on the U.S. Army Apache Longbow Controls and Displays Selected Task Trainer (LCDSTT).
He was promoted to Director of Software Engineering and Simulation in 2006.
Mike was promoted to Vice President of the Training Device Group in January 2012.
