Keeling is a native of Louisville and a graduate of the University of Louisville who brings 25 years of experience in facilities management and related fields to his new post. He most recently served as a field service manager for BellSouth Communication Systems.Before that, Keeling held several key facility management positions at the Technology Park of Greater Louisville and its predecessor, the Naval Ordnance Station.As facility manager, Keeling will manage all service and maintenance operations at Churchill Downs, which will consist of 1.4-million square feet upon the completion of its renovation.That includes 600,000 square feet of the facility that will be new or completely rebuilt since the renovation project got underway in late 2001.
