Michael De La Garza has joined the management team at Creative Civilization. De La Garza, who brings more than 21 years of strategic planning and leadership experience in marketing and public relations to the agency, will serve as director of client services and public relations. In that role, he will be charged with advancing growth opportunities for the firm's clients as well as overseeing the public relations department.

He also was senior vice president of marketing, advertising and public affairs for Laredo National Bank and most recently served as vice president of MDLG & Associates, a strategic consulting firm.
