professional focus is to engage communities that are disenfranchised or have not been engaged by the health and human services sector.Since joining Harder+Company in 2001, she has utilized this valuable approach working on a wide variety of projects including health care for migrant populations, urban planning, early childhood development, US-Mexico border issues, and food security.She
has also coordinated participatory research projects to ensure that the voices of consumers are heard. Michelle is a member of the firm's Culturally-based Consulting workgroup that develops materials for and facilitates office trainings on the issues of culture that intersect with our work.She
is active in a number of local food security organizations and has a professional interest in bi-national issues related to healthcare for migrant workers.
Academic Degrees & ActivitiesMichelle is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Health from San Diego State University.She has a B.S. in International Agricultural Development from UC Davis.
