The ICCRS Council is composed of a President (currently Mrs. Michelle Moran from England), a Vice-President (currently Mr. Cyril John from India ad interim) and various members who represent ICCRS in the five continents and different types of ministries and communities.
In 1998, Michelle completed a Masters Degree in Pastoral Theology at Cambridge. Her Thesis was titled "Leadership and Ministry in Catholic Parishes. Michelle has a great deal of experience of working full time in the Church, nationally and internationally over the last 25 years. Michelle has been involved in Catholic Charismatic Renewal from her youth. She was converted to Jesus and baptised in the Holy Spirit as a teenager. She therefore has the privilege of having lived the whole of her Christian life in the renewal. Michelle is an author, her first book "Pass It On" (practical hints on sharing your faith) was published in 1990. A second book, "Crossing The Line" (evangelisation in a Catholic context) followed in 1995. Since then she has written numerous articles for Catholic and ecumenical magazines and journals. Michelle has ministered in CCR all over the world as a conference speaker and teacher. She had an important role in establishing the ICCRS International Institute for Catholic Charismatic Leadership Formation, and has been teaching at the Institute since 2005. She is currently Chair of the National Service Committee for Catholic Charismatic Renewal in England and Wales. In 2007 she was elected President of ICCRS. In April 2008, the Holy Father Benedict XVI appointed Michelle as a member of the Pontifical Council for the Laity. Recently, as President of ICCRS, she was invited by the Holy See to take part in the XII Ordinary General assembly of the Synod of Bishops "The Word of God in the life an mission of the Church."
