However, the Compliance
staff and Michele
will provide listings of potential outside contractors for this purpose.
They stated that they can encourage absentee owners of Riverbend lagoon lots to maintain their lots to the water's edge.
However, the rules clearly stipulate that lot owners are responsible for maintaining the area that is 20 feet from the curb.
They clarified that any new requirement calling for the maintenance of the entire area comprised by vacant Riverbend lots would require a rule change.
They stated that mowing to the water's edge does not violate any PUD guidelines Michele
pointed out that the mowing frequency varies depending upon the season of the year.
Three Questions for Riverbend Residents . Michele
asked the meeting attendees what the consensus was for the timing of Riverbend lagoon fountains.
The greatest number of individuals favored the fountains to be operational from 6:30 a.m. through 10 p.m.
then asked if any of the attendees were still having problems with their automobile bar code decals not opening the Riverbend gate automatically.
One resident, who had just acquired a new car, said that his
new bar code decal was not working properly.
asked that individual plus any others experiencing similar problems to email her
with the number of the windshield sticker, as well as the number of the rear window bar code decal.
asked attendees how many would be interested in attending a future CPR/AED training class.
Twenty five residents stated that they would like to do this.
Michele will check with Dave Gilley, SCHH Security Director, to try to arrange three classes.
stated that on February 9, Jack Westson from
pointed out that it is important for Riverbend
to continue to be active in the affairs of SCHH.
