Before attending law school, Michael worked for two years as a litigation paralegal at a prominent Boston insurance defense firm specializing in products liability, construction defect, personal injury, and premises liability.
assisted with all aspects of fact investigation and discovery for matters in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and was instrumental in helping the firm settle several large cases.
Since 2012 Michael has served on the Executive Committee of the Utah State Bar Litigation Section.
was an organizer for the Section's First Biennial Trial Academy
in May 2013 and has presented CLE's on discovery techniques, ethics, and other topics of interest for trial attorneys.
