Michael Sekora: Speaker & Presenter

Within Socrates it was determined that to rebuild and ensure America's competitiveness, the country needed to generate and lead the next evolutionary leap in technology-based planning - the automated innovation revolution.
To generate the automated innovation revolution, Project Socrates developed a computer-based system that would enable technology strategies to be developed that would enable an organization, a state or a country to acquire and utilize technology with unprecedented speed, efficiency and agility.
The automated innovation system was used to develop technology strategies for various organizations of the US Government for a wide range of high priority government projects.
The effective acquisition and utilization of technology to achieve and sustain competitive advantage requires the ability to continuously "out-maneuver" competition in the marketplace.
and the Socrates Team drew from both classical and current military strategy to create a precise process for executing technology strategy maneuvers.
With this capability, they were able to manipulate the technologies of the world at every turn.
Michael Sekora went on to direct the development of technology strategies for the White House, Congress, and the Departments of Defense, Energy, and Commerce.
Socrates provided support to the highest-priority government programs including Stealth/counter-Stealth, Star Wars/counter-Star Wars, as well as to address commercial issues like the resurrection of the U.S. microelectronics industry and HDTV.
