Michael spent a considerable part of his career living and traveling overseas, especially in Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, India, and Australia, where he held positions with a U.S. State Department of Commerce, as a Regional Manager with BT (British Telecommunications) Asia Pacific, and as legal counsel to a number of infrastructure, real estate, and other projects developers.Examples of projects that Michael has advised on include: power generation, telecom, oil & gas, cement manufacturing, waste\water treatment, airports, ports and harbors, other project financings, and hotels and resorts developments.
