ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL J. NOCERA
AS SENIOR ADVISOR AND HEAD OF NEW YORK OFFICE

has announced the appointment of Michael J. Nocera
as Senior Advisor.Mr. Nocera
will be responsible for developing Stone Street's relationships with the insurance industry and the investment banking community.He will also establish and head Stone Street's New York office.Mr. Nocera
served between 1990 and 2000 as President of New York Life International, the international arm of The New York Life Insurance Company
.In that capacity, he oversaw and directed the operations of seven New York Life subsidiaries in Asia, Latin America and the United Kingdom and its representative offices in China.He
supervised a staff of 650 employees and managed more than $1.5 in assets.

into China, negotiated and established joint ventures and investment funds amounting to nearly $350 million in India, Thailand and China, and initiated market entries for the insurer into Brazil, Israel, Poland, Rumania and Vietnam." ."Mr. Nocera had previously served as Senior Vice President of Paine Webber, co-heading its Direct Investment Origination Group, and in the Corporate Finance Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission, He is currently a Principal of Barrow Street Advisors, LLC, an advisor to small and medium-sized businesses on developing and implementing domestic and emerging market entry strategies, product development and capital formation.Mr. Nocera received a BA from Boston College and was awarded an MBA by American University.
