Lebovitz, who joins the Firm as an International Partner effective May 1, 2002.Lebovitz

International Tax Practice in Los Angeles, specializes in business and tax planning in connection with cross-border investment to and from the United States and other countries.He
has advised on tax aspects of international joint ventures, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international corporate finance, capital market transactions and general international tax matters.Lebovitz has held various leadership positions at KPMG including serving as a National Partner in charge of International Tax Services for their Information, Communication and Entertainment (ICE) Practice and its Health Care and Life Sciences Practice.He has served as advisor to a number of multinational entertainment companies.
