Yahoo is an ad-driven business that needs to deliver a large audience to advertisers, said Michael Kogon, former CEO of Definition 6 LLC, an Atlanta-based digital marketing firm.
Yahoo needs to also deliver the most targeted audience, so it can charge a premium, Kogon said. NDN provides Yahoo both.
"NDN is a premium content provider, with wide reach and distribution," Kogon said.
