He managed a sales organization comprised of over 50 Account Managers across nine state within the US. Isaacman's sales organization grew from $35mm to $135mm in revenue from 2007 to 2015. To accelerate the firm's growth strategy, he spearheaded the business transformation for the sales and recruiting organizations by rolling out a model to organically hire, train and promote inexperienced talent. Isaacman has always taken an interest in assisting returning US Veterans. After identifying that very few US Veterans were being hired into the information technology sector, Isaacman designed a very successful industry recognized solution to hire, retrain and place US Veterans within Fortune 500 companies. The program retrained US Veterans and created careers for the vets in the fields of project management, business analysis, quality assurance testing and software development. The program put US Veterans to work at AIG, Bank of America and Merck & Co. Before being promoted into management, Isaacman held the role of Senior Account Manager where he was recognized as the top sales performer from 2001 to 2006. He held a similar role as an Account Manager and a top performer at IMI Systems prior to joining Diversant. Isaacman graduated from University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
