Mr. Fitzpatrick earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Northwestern University and was nominated for the Young Direct Marketer of the Year Award in 1994. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) Hospitality Council and is a frequent speaker at travel and hospitality industry events.
