With over forty years of experience in the high tech industry, Michael is a veteran executive with global business experience. He has been the chairman of the board of iCelero since inception. He currently serves as President of Business Development and M&A at NJK Holding, a Minnesota-based, privately owned Investment Company, and he is founder and single proprietor of Applied Business & Consulting. Michael serves on the board of Image Sensing Systems, a publicly traded technology company in Saint Paul, MN. In the period 2008-2009 he was President and COO of Zomax, a private, high volume producer of software digital media, which was acquired in 2009 by Arvato Digital Services, a Bertelsmann company. Prior to that, and between 2005 and 2008 he was an executive advisor for the Comvest Group, a Florida-based private investment fund, and he served as President and CEO of Catalyst International Inc., a privately held developer of supply chain execution software and services. Catalyst was acquired in 2007 by CDC Software, a China.com company. Between 2001 and 2005, he served as executive vice president at NJK holding, and as President and CEO of Creative Publishing Company, which was acquired by Quarto, a British Publishing enterprise. Michael served, from 1968 to 2001, at Control Data, in a variety of roles domestically and internationally. His last assignment with the firm was President of Control Data Systems Integration Services, and he exited the company following its acquisition by Syntegra, a British Telecom company.
