For years, he has been the man behind the scenes for Newsmax, carefully calculating the returns of each of the company's financial newsletters on a weekly basis. In addition, three decades ago, Carr was an Air Force captain who oversaw the nuclear missile facilities at U.S. Strategic Air Command, an experience that led him to develop pattern-recognition quant trading systems that he uses to this day.
