Mike Baniak is a seasoned Intellectual Property litigator and trial lawyer.
As a trial attorney, he
has been involved in more than 300 intellectual property litigations over the course of his
career, with more than half of those being patent litigations.
Recent patent infringement litigation cases involved music subscription services, laser sintering, bone prostheses, telecommunications, automobile airbag and position sensing technology, optometry, and HD video.
has also litigated matters in the pharmaceutical arena including Hatch-Waxman litigation.

He earned his B.S. cum laude(Physics) from University of Dayton and his J.D. cum laudefrom the Indiana University School of Law.
