Additionally he is the President of Silver Sky Assisted Living Management Company, an independent company that manages two assisted living communities originated as part of HAND's affordable housing mission.
Cochran served as the Director of Portfolio Management with Lennar Affordable Communities prior to joining HAND Property Management Company in 2001.
was accountable for the overall performance of Lennar's asset portfolio comprised of 70 apartment properties with over 9,200 units in 18 states.
interfaced with various departments including acquisitions, development, construction management, corporate investment and accounting/performance reporting.
His previous experience includes 14 years of work with U.S. National Bank of Oregon.
Cochran holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Portland State University and is a licensed broker-salesperson in Nevada.
