Dr. Rak graduated from Northwestern University Medical School in 1996 and went on to complete a dual-boarded program in Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati.
She is board certified in both specialties, and has a third board certification in pediatric rehabilitation medicine.
Dr. Rak is a member of the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation as well as the American Academy of Pediatrics.
