Bold Realty's Diana Ulicne, from left, director of agent affairs and real estate sales; Megan Maher, cafe manager; and Alexis McCormick, director of marketing, inside Cafe Bold, opening on the first floor of Bold Realty at 550 Penn Ave. in West Reading. All of its food selections are made in-house, said Megan Maher, cafe manager. Maher said they worked with local companies for the cafe's offerings, including the coffee beans from Reading Coffee Roasters. Maher, McCormick and the real estate agents are all employees who came to Bold with Stauffer from the Exit Diamond franchise. The combination of a cafe and realty company is something that is unique to the area, Maher said, but she has seen done elsewhere. Renovations to the building were significant. he price was not disclosed.
