Mr. Randall serves as Vice President of the HIES Japan and Pacific operations, and routinely serves as principal-in-charge and project manager for military and commercial projects.
With over 27 years of professional experience in project management managing environmental restoration and remedial action projects under CERCLA, RCRA and other regulations, Mr. Randall's
expertise includes environmental engineering and related disciplines including, analytical chemistry, hydrology, geophysics, geology, environmental planning, and engineering.
is responsible for overall management of a variety of complex environmental projects, including CERCLA remedial investigations and feasibility studies, environmental assessments, long-term monitoring of CERCLA sites, specification writing, fuels infrastructure related projects, small arms range treatability studies, remedial design and remedial actions, groundwater quality studies, and environmental assessments and site investigations.
is credited for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of soil and groundwater remedial systems for various bulk fuel aboveground storage and underground storage tank projects throughout the Pacific.
