Mauro Villarreal, Rio Grande City's Main Street manager, said 10 buildings there have been renovated and about $2.5 million funneled into downtown the last two years."There are many things that are happening to Rio Grande City, and I think it is due to the promotion we have been able to do through the Main Street Program," Villarreal said.
