Matthew is a seasoned trial lawyer and has substantial experience in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
Matthew's focus is corporate litigation, and he
has in-depth experience litigating contracts and business torts before state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Arent Fox, Matthew was a litigation associate at a prominent international law firm.
worked for a variety of clients, including a 50 percent shareholder of a satellite telecommunications venture, a subsidiary of a national moving and storage company, a major food manufacturer, and a political asylum petitioner.
Matthew is an active member of the American Bar Association and the DC Bar Association.
From 2000 to 2004, Matthew
belonged to the Federal American Inn of Court.
