Matthew J. Ripaldi, Senior Vice President, South Region Matthew Ripaldi currently oversees Modis field operations across the South and Southeast Regions of the United States. He is responsible for ten district offices with a combined annual budget of over $80 million. Previously, Ripaldi served as the Ajilon Consulting Regional Vice President for the New York City, New Jersey and Delaware Valley Region overseeing three district offices and two large MSP client engagements.

A passionate, recruiter-oriented leader, Ripaldi has been with the Adecco Group since 1999. He started as a Technical Recruiter for Adecco TAD Technical and then progressed into a management role while opening an office in the Boston market. In 2002, Ripaldi was tasked with opening and leading an Adecco Technical office in New York City that experienced considerable growth year-over-year. In 2006, he was charged with the integration of the Ajilon Consulting and Adecco Technical offices in the New York City market.
His 10 years of experience and unique background, both in the field and within client-based programs, allow Ripaldi to fully understand our clients' needs and to design, implement, deliver and support the right solution.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University where he also enjoyed a successful basketball career playing for the Division II, nationally recognized, Penmen.
