With effect from April 2013, Caroline Taylor took over from Matthew Kershaw
as Trust Special Administrator to South London Healthcare NHS Trust
With effect from 16 July 2012, Matthew Kershaw has been appointed as Trust Special Administrator to South London Healthcare NHS Trust by the Secretary of State for Health under Section 65B of the National Health Service Act 2006 to exercise the functions of the Chair and Directors of the Trust in accordance with the Unsustainable Provider Regime.

As full control of the Board's duties and powers, along with the role of Accountable Officer have been conferred upon the Trust Special Administrator, normal operations of the Trust Board have been suspended until further notice.
The Trust's Executive Directors will be working closely with the Trust Special Administrator, who will be running the Trust in place of the Board.
