ITS BEEN A BUSY OFF SEASON FOR THE #28 MINISTOCK CAMP, BUT THEY CANT WAIT FOR SPRING:To say that things have been pretty hectic would be pretty mild, compared to the way things have really been at the #28 Mini Stock camp of Matt Mould
and company.Yes they have been as busy as anyone getting ready for an all out assault on the Capital City Speedway oval and the points championships involved.Matt Mould
the lead player badly bent up his
#28 Sport Systems Canada
, Cleland Jardine Engineering, Winch Electric, Capital Water Supply, Rod Currie Construction Neon last fall in Peterborough at the Fall Colours event. The Car hit the corner four wall very hard when there was just no place to go when encountering lapped traffic. So Matt
decided rather than rebuild the wrecked car he
would start from the ground up and build a BRAND new one to hit the scene with in the spring of 2008.Rookie of the year in 2007 has Matt
gunning for big things in 2008, he
wants very much to surpass his
8 heat race wins, 2 feature wins, and 3rd. place in the 53 Colors Mini Stock Points Championship.Matt
is quick to point out that none of this would have been possible if it had not been for the tremendous support given him by Advertisers Cleland Jardine Engineering, Winch Electric, Capital Water Supply and Rod Currie Construction.
So yes Matt Mould
and crew are very, very busy and it looks like it is going to be that way for a little while in the Valley Town, but look for all of the above to be extra competitive come opening night 2008.
