Rev. Matthew Foley, Director
Fr. Matt Foley is a Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Chicago. On a special assignment to Mexico, he was a pastor of Santiago Apostol in Quechultenango, Guerrero where he began the El Nino Rey scholarship program in 1995. He returned to Chicago in 2000 and with the assistance of St. Norbert parishioners began to offer dental and education trips to Guerrero. He then served as Pastor of St Agnes of Bohemia Parish in Chicago. Since 2009 has been serving as a Chaplain (82nd Airborne) in the Army while maintaining an active role in offering direction to the Board and helping the children and families of El Nino Rey.
