Mary Ruprecht has worked as a member of SpEd Forms leadership team since 2008.
led the original team that developed the SpEd Forms Goal Bank
is responsible for maintaining and increasing the Goal Bank
so teachers can easily search for and access measurable and observable goals when writing IEPs on behalf of their students.
Mary Ruprecht earned both Masters and Specialists degrees in Special Education Administration from St. Cloud University.
Additionally, she holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis, and a minor in Special Education, also from St. Cloud University.
earned licenses as a Director of Special Education, as a Supervisor of Moderate
to Severely Mentally Impaired, as well as a Teacher of Moderate to Severely Mentally Impaired.
Mary began her career as a teacher of trainable mentally handicapped students in the mid-1970s.
Ms. Ruprecht also served the Rum River Special Education Cooperative in a number of capacities before becoming the Director of Special Education between 1993 and 2008.
Currently, she serves as a Low-Incidence Facilitator for Regions 5 and 7 within Minnesota.
Mary has been an active member of the Minnesota Association of School Administrators (MASA).
has served in a number of leadership roles within the organization, and in 2008 the organization gave Mary
the Administrator of Excellence Award
also donates her
time and leadership skills to the Minnesota Administrators of Special Education (MASE).
In 2006-07, she was elected as the President of the organization.
In spring 2004, Mary
was distinguished with the Leader of Excellent Award.
Outside of work, Mary
enjoys reading and cooking, as well as an active lifestyle of walking, biking and camping.
husband Mike have been married 37 years and are the proud parents of two daughters.
