Mary Owens, a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, received her law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond in 1986. Mary Owens is a founding member and former president of the Metro Richmond Family Law Bar, and a past president of the Chesterfield County Bar Association. She is a frequent lecturer for attorneys in continuing legal education programs on family law and has lectured for the Virginia Apartment Management Association.
