Supervisor Grattidge stated there is a problem with people depositing tires on rural stretches of roads.
Within the last month the Highway Department reported 3 tire dumps.
The constables were notified and if anyone sees someone doing something along these lines please notify the town immediately.
Chairman Schorr stated the Tree Giveaway has gotten to the point where all the trees are given out within 20 minutes.

Based upon the past 2 years the trees have been given out so fast by 12:30pm when residents come they are disappointed that they are all gone.
Chairman Schorr stated he received a complaint from a resident regarding the Bulk Item Pickup.
It was noticed when County Waste was picking up the bulk items such as refrigerators they were thrown into their trucks then crushed.
That is contrary to federal law, the refrigerant must be drained even whether or not it is Freon you can not just crush them.
By the time the ECC
found out what the federal law was the Bulk Item Pickup was done.
Chairman Schorr stated that County Waste needs to be notified for next year's collection.
Supervisor Grattidge requested that ECC forward a copy of the law to him and then he
would forward it to County Waste.
stated the seniors have had some interesting speakers in the last year, the Town Historian spoke on the one room school houses and the history of education.
