Marty Rabjohns set to leave Rowing Australia

Rowing Australia today announced that the organisation's National Talent Pathway Manager, Marty Rabjohns, has tendered his resignation.
Marty, who coxed Australia's Men's Eight in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, has held the role since April 2013.

He has also worked across the States with the selection and coaching of the Junior, U21 and U23 teams and played a major part in the development of RA's US Program, ensuring that there are strong ties and a clear pathway back in the Australian national rowing system for those Australian athletes based in the US collegiate system for rowing.
Upon the announcement of his resignation, Marty said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to contribute to the sport of rowing at a National level, and wish the athletes and coaches all the very best for an exciting and rewarding future".
"It has been a privilege to lead a dedicated team within the National Talent Pathway Program and I look forward to seeing this program flourish in the coming years."
High Performance Director, Chris O'Brien said: "I would like to thank Marty for his hard work over the last 18 months with the NTPP.
