Regard the Hawk.
Soaring in the sky searching for prey until finally, with a hair-raising shriek, it dives down to fasten its talons in its victim.
Don't be nervous, Martin
"The Hawk" Hauck
will bring that same keen eye and dedication to your search but, as of yet, he
has not buried his
toes in the neck of any clients and flown them to a high ledge.
Mind you, he
did ask for an office with a window on the top floor.
Hmmm. Martin has been involved with sales, operations and management for well over a decade.
started out behind the counter at a rural hardware store in Guelph helping farmers find oddball spare parts.
quickly made his
way to the "Big Smoke" and found himself doing almost the same thing but on a much bigger scale, like helping contractors and engineers find the right parts to hold the glass panels of the Canadian Opera Theatre together.
After learning all the ins and outs of building and running a few profitable industrial MRO and construction distribution branches and teams across the GTA, including a strategic location specifically servicing large national and global accounts.
Just before taking the leap into recruitment with Lock, Martin was a purchaser of eight industrial categories of product including imported construction materials for a national industrial distributor.
not sourcing all levels of industrial sales talent, he
can be found climbing, running, parkouring (that wild free-form stunt jumping stuff in the recent Casino Royal Bond flick), camping and canoeing.
is a loyal friend who always puts others before himself.
counts among his
greatest accomplishments running his
first 15k only 5 hours after eating all-you-can-eat sushi.
keeps a statue of a hawk in his
office but insists he
does not talk to it when no one is around.
