MARTIN C. BECKER Martin C. Becker is an associate senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, Inc. Marty has more than 30 years of consulting experience in the areas of organizational change management, organization development, executive coaching, and management training and development. Marty's areas of expertise include team building; process consulting; group dynamics and facilitation; and customized training-program design, implementation, and evaluation. As a human resource development practitioner, he has delivered major organizational change programs in a variety of Fortune 500 industrial and service companies. He has consulted over a broad range of industries, including energy and utilities, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, government, and industrial manufacturing.
Marty's engagements have focused on the design, development and delivery of management and organization development interventions to increase competitive advantage both for external and internal clients. He specializes in group dynamics and facilitation, while effecting behavior change through individual and organizational learning. He manages the complete consulting process, from organization diagnosis through design, development, and implementation of appropriate intervention strategies.

Marty holds a bachelor's degree from the City University of New York and a master's in humanistic psychology from West Georgia College.
