began singing professionaly at the age of five.She
entered the world of Hebraic and Liturgical Music under the tutelage of her
father, Abraham Nadel, the renowned choir director.Mrs. Tuchinsky
has performed throughout the United States and Israel, including Town Hall, Madison Square Garden, Theater of the Performing Arts and other outstanding concert stages.Her
unique style and repertoire of songs in Hebrew, Yidish, Spanish, and English have gained her
wide acclaim with audiences both young and old.Mrs. Tuchinsky has been the Director of Music at Hillel for the past 21 years.Her
role in this capacity is inclusive of, but not confined to, supervising music curriculum in the classroom, coordinating and directing significant school-wide assemblies, writing, directing, and presenting Kindergarten, 8th grade, and High School commencement exercises, and of course conducting our esteemed 140-voice student choir.Mrs. Tuchinsky holds degrees in both vocal performances and music education.
