Mark Servi, Highway Commissioner of Barron County, Wis., was installed as the 2013-2014 NACE President during our Annual banquet on April 24.
focus will be to raise the awareness of county road officials in Washington, DC.

When the Feds enact road measures, they do so relying on the expertise and experience of locals.
MAP-21's streamlining measures, Towards Zero Death (TZD) safety program, and High Risk Rural Roads report to Congress are all the results of NACE's
input and recommendations.

value to our Federal elected representatives."
Mark was elected as President-Elect in 2012.
He has served as Barron County Highway Commissioner since 2008, having served as Commissioner of Washburn County beginning in 1998.
career began with a bridge and industrial construction company.
Servi has been a member of NACE since 2003, serving as the Secretary/Treasurer, Structures Committee Chairman (2008-2011) and 2 years as the Wisconsin State Director on the NACE Board of Directors.
He is a former President of the Wisconsin County Highway Association (WCHA).
