Mark serves as a preacher and teacher of God's Word.He
oversees small group ministry and has personally, along with his
wife, been a part of a small group, of one form or another, since 1985.Pastor Mark is responsible for human needs issues from hospital visits, to pastoral marriage and family counseling, to families with financial or physical needs.He received his training at Concordia College in Ann Arbor, Michigan earning a B.A. in Music, Psychology and Sociology.He attended Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, earning his M.Div. in 1991, with an emphasis on Pastoral and Systematic Theology.He earned a Masters Degree in Family Life Education at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska.He
most recently completed training in the Pastoral Leadership Institute
.Mark began serving as a pastor in 1991 at a rural dual parish in southwest Minnesota.From there he was called to serve Salem Lutheran Church in Tomball, Texas, as their Pastor of Marriage and Family Life.
Pastor Mark's hobbies and interests include many outdoor activities like family camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, and skiing.He
family also like to frequent museums, zoos, special events, and interesting historical sites.
The "Neumann Ministry Team" includes Mark
and Diana, married in 1985, and their seven children: Lydia, Hannah, Elijah, Abram, Noah, Isaac, and Faith.
