Washington, D.C. (Oct. 21, 2014) â€" The National Parking Association (NPA) has elected Mark Muglich, president of ABM Parking Services, as chairman of the board of directors.
takes office for a two-year term effective Oct. 21, 2014.

During Muglichâ€™s tenure NPA will focus on parking professionalism, certification and performance skill building, and the importance of mentoring and developing talent and leaders in the parking industry.
will continue NPAâ€™s focus on industry efforts to elevate business, community, industry and government outreach around the economic and policy issues facing the parking industry today.
has over thirty-five yearsâ€™ of experience managing every type of parking operation and facility in the industry.
He joined ABM Parking Services (formerly Ampco System Parking) in 1973 as a Parking Facility Manager.
was successively promoted to City, Division, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President and President.
many years of experience comprise management and consulting in a full range of parking applications including office buildings, airports, hotels, banks and financial institutions, hospitals, mixed-use projects, medical buildings, retail, municipalities, special events, and restaurants.
