Mark LaClair, Executive Director of the Lincoln Woodstock Chamber of Commerce, addressed some issues and concerns he has with the Fourth of July Parade. The Chamber has sponsored the Fourth of July Parade for many years and pulls all the permits from the towns and state. Mark LaClair explained that the once the Chamber pulls the permits they sign on for all the liability of the parade and have no way to regulate the rules. Mark stated that the parade runs itself and requires very little management.
