has more than twenty-five years of experience in Houston, and throughout Texas, in land development, including acquisition through bidding, design, and the construction and sale of commercial sites and finished lots.
has also dealt with government agencies in every aspect of property development, from environmental issues to drainage and flood control.
He is currently serving his fourth term on the City of Houston Planning Commission as Vice-Chairman, is Chairman of the West Houston Association, has served as Chairman of the Greater Houston Partnership's flood control committee and is the President Elect of the Houston Real Estate Council.
Mr. Kilkenny earned a Bachelors of Environmental Design with an emphasis in Urban Planning from the College of Architecture at Texas A&M University.
He has served as an Advisory Board Member for White Petrov & McHone, CPA, and a Development Board member for Child Advocates, Inc., and is the founding president of Bayland Park Little League.
