Of course the Talent+ was an interesting one where Mark W. Juron offered some insight into choosing talented employees via interview processes specific to profit center manager, sales, customer development and service to build top-performing dealerships. Reston, Va. - Talent Plus consultants Lisa French and Mark Juron are featured speakers at the American Press Institute seminar taking place on April 20-22, 2009. French and Juron will focus on how to develop a plan to select and retain the new talent needed to reengineer the industry.

Mark Juron
Chief Operating Officer 866 391 1857 Mark Juron is the Chief Operating Officer of Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich. He joined the staff during the management changes, which took place in the second quarter of 2010. He is in charge of strategic plan development as well as assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. Mark has spent most of his life in and around the automobile business; he started at his father's dealership as a youth through graduate school and then joined AMC/Jeep. In 1978 he joined Mercedes-Benz USA and spent the next thirty years in various roles within the wholesale and retail end of the business, spending the last twenty years in various leadership roles throughout the company. After accepting a voluntary retirement program from Mercedes-Benz in 2007, he joined Talent+ as a Senior Business Consultant, consulting with various clients both within and out of the automotive industry. Mark has an MS from SUNY Albany and a BS Degree with honors from Central Connecticut State University. His entire family remains active in the automotive industry with his father, son, son-in-law and nephew all currently in the business. In his limited free time, you will find Mark playing with racecars, usually at a NASCAR track, riding his Harley, or doing high-speed driving instruction. He is married and has two children.
